Jed April 02, 2017 for Model Number GSH25JSRFSS My fridge stopped cooling. I cleaned the coils & fan motor & everything started working, for a day or two. the water & ice disp stopped working. I got the new condenser fan motor, but when I installed it, all I could hear was a clicking noise from the control board, after plugging & unplugging & reinstalling the old motor, I got the fan to work, but now when I push the water or ice buttons (nothing comes out) & it sound like everything turns off?

1 Answer Steve, the evaporator fan in your refrigerator is a DC voltage fan motor WR60X10185. to determine where the issue is access the fan motor and disconnect the wire harness from the fan. Start the refrigerator and check for 8 to 12 VDC across the red and white wires in the wire harness connector. if you have the voltage the fan motor has failed. Fei March 09, 2017 for Model Number GSH25JSTASS My refrigerator stopped working after a power outage. NOTHING seems to run at all except the lights inside cabinet. No light on the control display, fans don't run, compressor doesn't seem to want to start. I didn't hear any clicking sound or anything. The refrigerator is just completely dead. My guess is motherboard, but I am not sure. I visually checked the motherboard, I didn't see anything obvious (no burned marks). Could anything else cause this symptom? Thanks

Chris March 07, 2017 for Model Number pss26mswa My icemaker quit making ice a few months ago and I would reset the ice maker and it would start back working, but would quit again within a week. Well I bought a new ice maker and now its doing the same thing. It will quit making ice, I reset it and it works fine then after a week or so it will quit again. I ran some of the diagnostics on the unit and they all passed. I'm getting good water flow to the unit, new filter also.

The freezer also varies from -2 to 0 I replaced the two sensors but it did not help.
