Harold December 19, 2011 for Model Number JGBS22WEK1WW I changed my igniter but now I cant control the flame temp with the knob. The flames stays the same. Can the wronge igniter cause that?
1 Answer Hello Harold. The flame inside the oven is non adjustable. The igniter WB2X9998 has nothing to do with the flame size. The flame in the oven turns on and off, based on the reading from the temperature sensor. Once the oven reaches temperature, the flame turns off, and comes back on when the temperature drops.
