I removed the pump and sump system and cleaned it out. I found a plastic piece from a broken utensil basket, twist tie, and a broken popsicle stick. When I reinstalled everything it appeared to be working fine at first, I could here it spraying, but that only lasted a few minutes and then it stopped spraying again. I was looking for a new circ pump, but item 310 on the diagram isn't on your website. Doing a search shows that the pump is WD26X23258, which you have in stock. But, when I use your compatibility tool, it says it is not compatible with my model dishwasher. Could you verify whether it is or is not the correct pump for me? Or if you think I'm wrong about the pump all together. Thanks!

Janice January 23, 2023 for Model Number GDT635HMJ2ES This dishwasher runs intermittently. When it's running, there is 120VAC going to the motor. It runs through all the cycles like it is supposed to. Rinse, drain, wash, drain, rinse, etc. But, in each cycle the motor will run for 5 to 10 seconds and then stop for up to 20 seconds and then start again. A series of clicks can be heard throughout this operation as well. The 120VAC is absent when not running. Also, it sounds like it's running without water in it. When I open it up, there is water in the bottom, just not enough, I don't think. We are on well water out here in the country so the inlet valve may have some sediment or sand in it blocking it. But would changing the inlet valve to get more water in it solve this problem? Or is this a bigger issue?

Michael December 15, 2022 for Model Number GTD695SFLDS Soon after purchasing the unit , We noticed that the lower spray arm stopped working. The upper spray arm works perfectly. Removed the lower spray arm to make sure the diverterball is not Blocking water flow. Water flow is clear. Replaced the Lower spray arm to make sure it wasn't faulty. My question is If the circulating pump is bad Would the upper arm still work And the bottom arm fail to work.. I guess I'm wondering if there's enough pressure to spin the lower arm.
