Where can I get the instruction sheet that should have been included?

Mike S. February 26, 2016 I ordered the upper rack assembly for my GE PDW8600N00WW dishwasher. I was told the replacement part is AP5780496. However after installing it my middle spray arm is hitting the bottom of the new rack. Am I supposed to replace something else? Perhaps the middle spay arm hub? Is that the OEM part or is it a replacement and is it a bit longer than the old one?
