Carol September 11, 2021 for Model Number ZBD6880K15SS Hi! I followed the video to replace the upper rack and everything went well until the end. When I put the spray arm back in place it not longer spins freely and it bumps into the new rack which seems to have deeper sections. I know when I flip it over it should drop a bit, but it doesn't drop enough to spin freely. What am I missing?
