Roger M. August 24, 2014 for Model Number DCVH515GFOWW My dryer makes a sound like it has an unbalanced load after it has been running for some 20 min. But there is no unbalanced load. Some months ago I replaced the front bearing and the plastic strips. Now I thought maybe the rear bearing needs replacing. I was leaning towards replacing the whole assemble item WE25M40. But it looks like that does not include the washer 3127 which appears to be completely missing in my dryer. Any suggestions? Thanks, Roger
1 Answer Hello Roger! No, the o-ring WE1M461 does not come with the rear drum bearing kit WE25M40. If missing from your unit you'll need to purchase and install. Thanks. Read More...

Gary L February 24, 2014 for Model Number DDE0580GAL My dryer make a "thump" each rev of the drum. I suspect a cracked or broken roller, idler pulley or rear bearing . What do you think?
1 Answer Gary, You will want to check the bearing slides at the front of the drum as this would most likely be the issue. Also the rear bearing may be causing the issue. Read More...
