Hello Bill! Yes, conversion kit part number WB28K10048 includes the orifices needed to convert the cooktop. You'll need to flip the pin on the regulator to LP and adjust the oven orifice. You will need to bottom the orifice out and come back up one and a half turns. Adjust the burner flame until it is blue. Hope this helps. Thanks.

Martin, You will want to have the gas pressure checked to make sure that you are getting proper gas supply. If on natural it may be that the gas company may have been doing work in the area and the lines got clogged and if on LP you will want to make sure that your tank has an adequate supply.

Hello John. Based on the information you provided, you have a voltage issue. There should be 3.2 to 3.6 VAC at the safety valve. If not, then either the voltage to the unit is low, or there is a wiring issue, if the igniter is new and not bad.

Kevin, To change the unit from LP to natural you will need 2 of part number WB28K10022 Medium orifice for the Left front and left rear burners, 1 part number WB28K10029 small orifice for the right rear and 1 of part number WB28K10030 Large orifice for the Right front burner. Carol, Like most gas operated ranges, the most likely issue is the oven bake burner igniter WB2X9154. especially when all the other burners operate properly. A weak or broken igniter, will not allow the oven burner to open and ignite the gas to bake. The igniter needs to produce a 2.5 to 3.0 amp draw (round igniter) to open the safety valve, and ignite.

Hello Richard. No, the issue is the safety valve, not the regulator. It does not affect the regulator to tap on it, but it does the gas safety valve WB19K36.

Hi. Without a manometer part # TJ45506 to measure the gas amount on a burner orifice then it will be an educated guess at this point. Did you recently have any gas appliance repair recently? Do all the other house gas appliances work OK? Throttle the shut of valve a few times to see if there is any internal debris momentarily clogging the pressure regulator part # WB19K10001. Turn the ON/OFF lever on the pressure regulator to see if it is partially open. Tap on the pressure regulator while the top burner is working to see any positive change. Make sure all orifice's and burner pilot holes are clear to accept the fuel pressure. Thank You.
