For Ge Water Line Sleeve (Part Number: OEM6181788)

Hello Folly. I suggest to remove the water supply line from the water inlet valve and insure proper water pressure to the unit. If this check to have sufficient water pressure, I would next remove the water valve from it's mount and remove the water output line from it and dispense water to ensure the water valve is opening fully. If this checks out I would next disconnect the water line from the base of the freezer door and insure good pressure. If you get low pressure at any point, this pinpoints where the problem is originating. Most of the time this complaint is either caused by low water pressure or a bad water valve. Let me know if I can further assist and have a great day!

Hi Jimmy. The correct water line coupler for your unit is part # WR02X11330. Make sure if you need to cut the line for any reason, that it is cut squarley as the fitting will leak otherwise. Thank You.

Hello Steve. Try unplugging the unit and see if the water stops coming out. If not, you will need to replace the water valve WR57X10050. Hope this helps.

Hello Bill. You may want to check the water lines to make sure they dont have any ice frozen into them preventing the water from moving. You may also want to look at the control board for your dispenser WR55X10195 or the water valve WR57X33326 to see if the dispenser solenoid has failed. These parts are testable with a mutli-meter MA-DM1. I will include a link with instructions on how to use one. I hope this helps. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
