Dom, The correct suspension kit for the model number you supplied is W10820048 / W10820048 Suspension Rod Kit. The W10820048 is the factory replacement part for the W10189077 suspension rod. Make sure the washer is level in both directions and as close to the floor as possible. Then make sure the inner tub "floats" up approx. 3/8 in. when the empty wash tub is filled and agitating. When you "removed tub cleaned" did you notice or check the drive hubs for the tub ? did you see or feel any rounded or damaged edges or "teeth" on either of the hubs W10820039 ? Then tilt the washer back, and check the drive shaft bolt in the center of the stator, make sure it's tight and properly installed, then check the wiring between the motor and the machine control board in the control panel. Then replace the W10183157 Rotor Position Sensor kit if all's OK.
