Joe December 10, 2023 for Model Number GE washer WPRE8150K2WT Please advise correct suspension rods (and colors) for my washer. It currently has four white rods, but I think it should have white rods in the front and green rods in the back??? The washer came to me as is from a family member, so I don't know the repair history. Thanks, Joe
Sam July 26, 2022 for Model Number WCSR2090G5WW I asked question earlier where my washer is splashing water out of tub while in Agitation only. It works fine in spin etc. It's not overfilling, but how do I know if it's trying to agitate and spin at the same time? What are the signs i.e. what should I be looking for in the tub to determine whether it's trying to agitate/spin at the same time? Thanks.
1 Answer Sam, Using a magnet where the lid switch is located you can watch to see if the tub is agitating and spinning at the same time. Read More...
Sam July 23, 2022 for Model Number WCSR2090G5WW Water from tub splashes out and accumulates in the bottom and then I see a small puddle in the pan later. When I opened up the washer from front, it seems like water splashes only when it's agitating after it has filled up with water, doesn't matter if it's a small load or big load. Why would agitation cause water to splash outside? Are suspension rods worn out or is it the transmission agitating too hard??
1 Answer Sam, Check to make sure the machine is not attempting to spin and agitate at the same time, or [ossibly an overfilling issue. Read More...

Jim October 08, 2021 for Model Number WMCD2050JIWC I have several of these commercial washing machines.. the back right green suspension assembly pops out of bottom tub assembly sometime during operation causing unit to bang and self destruct. I put assembly back in place and it is fine for a while but eventually it happens again. Why? is the suspension rod need to be replaced? It seems to be okay and works fine when I watch an entire operation. Thanks for your advice. Jim
1 Answer Jim, The most likely cause for this would be an unbalanced load or overloading of the unit. Read More...
Shirl June 01, 2020 for Model Number Samsung wa13v5 My machine is made to wash ie blanket. Washes and rinses properly and no water problems. However only drains halfway and spins poorly
1 Answer Shiri, Something is probably causing an out of balance issue. Make sure no shipping material was left around the outer tub not letting the unit move freely. Read More...
Dom December 26, 2018 for Model Number WTW6400SW2 I have a whirlpool cabrio washer model # wtw6400w2, replaced suspension springs with part # w10189077. Still have UL, have removed tub and cleaned, don’t know what else it can be just want to make sure I put right spring kit on washer, can’t figure out what else it can be?
1 Answer Dom, The correct suspension kit for the model number you supplied is W10820048 / W10820048 Suspension Rod Kit. The W10820048 is the factory replacement part for the W10189077 suspension rod. Make sure the washer is level in both directions and as close to the floor as possible. Then make sure the inner tub "floats" up approx. 3/8 in. when the empty wash tub is filled and agitating. When you "removed tub cleaned" did you notice or check the drive hubs for the tub ? did you see or feel any rounded or damaged edges or "teeth" on either of the hubs W10820039 ? Then tilt the washer back, and check the drive shaft bolt in the center of the stator, make sure it's tight and properly installed, then check the wiring between the motor and the machine control board in the control panel. Then replace the W10183157 Rotor Position Sensor kit if all's OK. Read More...
