Terri February 06, 2012 for Model Number wm2688hnm My washer had been working fine then in the middle of the rinse cycle I heard something humming, the drum will turn and all electrical seems to be working. Do I need to replace the drain pump or recirculation pump? The hum seems to go away when you push on the drain pump housing.

Virgil February 06, 2012 for Model Number WM2487H*M Washer would not drain so I cleaned filter and drain hose.Still won't drain. I've removed the drain pump and impeller is slightly cocked to one side and turns oddly by flipping instead of freely spinning. I'm assuming I need to replace drain pump. Can you give me correct part number for the mod.# I've supplied. By the way, the easiest way to access the pump is to lay machine on floor, front down and access through bottom. Thanks for your help.
Joe February 03, 2012 for Model Number wm2016cw at first, after turning on, it ran for a couple of minutes before the trouble code "OE" was displayed. i took the hoses and filter housing out, cleaned them out, and put them back in. now, it turns a couple of times and stiff displays that code. plus, there is a loud humming sound coming from the filter housing. any help?

Jeff December 29, 2011 for Model Number WM3988H I just replaced the drain pump and got a big water leak when I tested the repair. I took everything off again and reinstalled rotating the pump slightly to use three different screw holes in hopes of a tighter fit. Still same problem. Any advice?
