My refrigerator does not have the access door on the rear panel. It has an outline where it should be, but does not open. I've tried a putty knife and a box cutter. It is not a separate piece. I'm trying to find an accurate parts diagram to give me an alternate means of removing the back panel. I have to have this finished today.

Paul A June 03, 2018 for Model Number LMXS30776S Why does ice keep building up behind the LG LMXS30776S ice maker cooling fan (cause of the fan noise) and no where else on the cooling fins/coil in the freezer? It looks like the defrost cycle is working on the rest of the fins, and there are none near this second fan on the back wall. Is it a design flaw?? This unit was purchased in 2017.

Tim Garrett May 12, 2018 for Model Number LMXC23746D My refrigerator is barely getting cold. There was an IF code on the door but the refrigerator was still getting cold so I didn't do anything about it. That lasted for a few months. Now all of a sudden it barely cools. Nick D. March 20, 2018 for Model Number LFX25960ST I recently noticed the ice fan on my LFX25960ST French Door Refridgerator constantly runs, is this normal? I would expect it to cycle on and off when the bin is full and stay on all the time when ice is being produced. If I shut the ice maker off the ice fan shuts off as it should. Does the ice maker itself have temperature sensor built in that is possibly bad?
