Bill Faherty December 27, 2021 for Model Number WM3500CW Could you please verify that gasket Is this gasket Number MDS47123602 is suitable for an LG model WM3500CW? There are an additional string on characters after the model number which are 806 VWEY 07388. Under those characters is another string which might be the serial number. They are 0249 9806 07388 BWEV US_______8G1L1409. I have added spaces to make it easier to read. If this is not the correct gasket, could you please let me know which gasket would be correct. I would like to purchase it and perhaps the 2 ring clamps to replace mine. Thank you in advance for your efforts. Best regards, Bill Faherty

Dave December 30, 2019 for Model Number WM3270C Looking on this site and the LG site for the right door gasket and I can't figure out if this is the right one for my washer. My model number doesn't show up anywhere in the description of any door gasket I can find. Is this the right gasket?
Repair November 27, 2018 for Model Number WM3570HWA Hi, I was answered (here https://www.appliancepartspros.com/answers-for-lg-gasket-mds47123604-ap5332003-question-249362.html) that this is the correct replacament for my washer model WM3570HWA. I purchased it, and it doesn't match to my current door seal. My current seal has 2 extra pipe spots that this one does not have. Besides the pipes on top and bottom, my washer has pipes at the 2 sides (at 4 and 8 o'clock) which this gasket doesn't have. Can you please guide me which gasket will match my machine? Thanks.
Geo May 06, 2016 My washer is only 1 1/2 years old. Did they improve this seal or is this the normal time for replacement?
1 Answer Hello Geo, Since the parts are man-made, you cannot put a "lifetime"on the longevity of the parts. I have not heard of any changes in this parts manufacture so its' quality is probably comparable to the old one. Read More...
