Ritchie November 24, 2015 for Model Number dw80f600uts I'm getting the smart auto and the heavy light blinking. The dishwasher would fill then stop and the lights will start to blink in 3 minutes after trying to fill up. I tried to drain the water but will not drain but I can hear the pump trying to drain but no action. I've replaced the ECS sensor 2 times in the last 2 years and that's with the delicate light blinking. Not sure what to do or replace now. Thanks
1 Answer Hello Ritchie, The fault code you provided indicates an over level water error. Components in question are the flow meter DD82-01373A, the main PCB DD92-00033C, and the water supply valve DD62-00084A. Read More...
Maria L September 24, 2015 We have a year-old Samsung DW80F600 series dishwasher that is giving error #DD81-015494A_EN and says "overfill water error: functional error. Close water supply valve and go to the house circuit breaker panel...contact authorized service center." Any suggestions on what would be causing this on such a new unit? Is there an electronic part that is the culprit?
1 Answer Hello Maria. When overflow is detected, it is showing AD data is 3.5v or below for 3 seconds. You will need to check the flow meter, water supply valve, and main board on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
