David July 06, 2021 for Model Number WF42H5200AF/A2 I replaced my broken spider arm, also new bearings and new tub seal. I also replaced the from and rear shocks. Although they weren’t bad as the new ones had the same 1/2 inch play in them as the old ones. All together now but this machine still gets into a bad wobble on rinse and spin cycles causing the drum to bang the sides of the machine. Machine is all level. The balance ring has fluid and balls move freely but slow. Could the rubber boot be to flimsy to help hold the wobble or is there something else I have missed. Also the top springs are also good. Why does it still wobble so bad
1 Answer David, as the machine was moved around during the repairs, it would be recommended that the appliance is level checked and adjusted as necessary. Read More...

Terry November 20, 2019 for Model Number WF328AAR/XAA Reference my previous question, Samsung Washer Model WF328AAR/XAA, ordered a new rear tub, part #DC97-15328F and spider assembly part #DC97-14875B. The original spider shaft had a threaded shaft and was attached with a nut and washer; the new spider assembly, listed above, does not have a threaded shaft and the spline is too large to fit the electric rotor. I re-ordered another spider assembly, part #DC97-12528A, which has a threaded shaft and the spline fits my rotor, but the major shaft is too large in diameter to fit through the tub bearings. What parts do I need that match to repair this machine?
1 Answer Terry, the parts needed are going to depend on the REV number of your unit. If the REV number is 01, then the tub assembly DC97-15328F and spider shaft DC97-14875B would be used with your unit. If the REV is 00, then the spider shaft DC97-12528A and tub assembly DC97-15328F. If the REV number is 02, then the spider shaft DC97-12528A and tub assembly DC97-12957A would be needed. Read More...
