Dave, Make sure the refrigerator is in a cooling mode(compressor is running), hold or tape the refrigerator door switches down. Wait 1 minute, then check for 7 to 12 VDC across the red and black wires to the fan motor. If no voltage is present, access the main control board find connector CN 76 and check for 7 to 12 VDC across pin 1 gray and pin 4 orange. No voltage would need to replace the main control board.

David, There could be many reasons for this. Check your door seals to make sure they are flush to the cabinet. Check your condenser and make sure it is clean and condenser fan is running. Make sure there is no defrost ice building up on the back wall of frig or freezer. If all of these appear to be functioning then you will need to gain access to the evaporator and check the frost pattern. If it is not a full frost pattern during cooling mode then you could possibly have a sealed system issue and would need a certified technician to help you.

David, There should be a ice fan running in the ice compartment and if it is not then test to see if there is voltage getting to the fan. There should be 12 vdc and if there is not then the issue will be a faulty control board and if there is then the issue will be a faulty motor.
