Robert, the ice bucket DA97-14474C would be used with the model provided. (Note: If your model was built before July 2014, you will also need latch assembly DA97-14471A. For bucket assembly with new latch, order DA82-01396A.)

Our Samsung refrigerator ice bucket cracked and broke a piece of the bucket off so we need a replacement. When I enter our model number it brings up all of the items associated with our fridge. When I clicked the ice bucket suggested and then put our model number in the spot it says to see if compatible it says it’s not compatible. I need to replace the ice bucket. I have a Samsung refrigerator Model RF28HFEDBSR/AA serial number 065K43BF302610J. I don't know which version it is, there is a rev. 02 next to the barcode, is that the version? I can send a photo of the label if it will help. Can you provide me the correct part number to order?

Wesley, the rev. 02 next to the barcode is going to be the version number. The ice bucket DA97-14474C (Note: If your model was built before July 2014, you will also need latch assembly DA97-14471A. For bucket assembly with new latch, order DA82-01396A) would be used with the model provided.
