Joe December 07, 2016 for Model Number NX58F5700SS Ignitor glows and oven lights for a short period and goes off. Ignitor stays on.
Cc November 30, 2016 for Model Number NX58F5700WS/AA-0000 what could be the problem: oven defaults to 150 degrees when I set it at a higher bake temperature
1 Answer CC, It's most likely an igniter issue or a gas flow problem. If it were a temp. sensor problem, we would expect to see some sort of an error code in the control display. The default oven temperature is usually 100 or 150 dgrs.F. When a temperature is selected, the control would default back to the 150 dgrs. and start to slowly increase up to the selected temperature if the oven is heating. Being a "gas" range, if the igniter is weak or inoperative, the ignition will not occur and the oven will not heat. Read More...
Doug November 23, 2016 for Model Number NE595R0ABSR/AA Samsung Stove NE595R0ABSR/AA We have used this stove for two years ...... the cook top works fine, but the oven does not anymore. When the oven is turned on and reaches it's preheat temperature, the time it takes to reach preheat is faster than normal and doesn't seem to be the right temperature (not hot enough). This is the same in normal bake or convection bake mode settings. Also the oven convection fan does not come on any more in convection mode. When baking something it takes three or four times longer to get food cooked now compared to what it used to.
1 Answer Hello Doug. You will need to order and replace the main board DE92-03045F in the unit. Read More...

Steve O September 29, 2016 for Model Number Ne595r0absr The heating coil blew out. I replaced the heating coil and one of the clips to the right side, because it looked burnt (white powder like substance). Now when I turn on bake it will show 150 temp and 3 cascading bars, but no real heat. The broil setting doesn't produce any real heat. Any thoughts on what else could be the problem? Thanks Steve
1 Answer Steve, It sounds like when the element burnt out that it caused the main control board to also fail. The part number for the main control board is DE92-03045F. Read More...
Jim September 02, 2016 for Model Number NE595R0ABSR Oven won't heat. When setting the bake or broil it just shows the temperature at 150 degrees and the status bars scrolling up and down but it never even gets warm. I have checked the bake and broil elements for resistane and both are within specs. Any thoughts?
1 Answer Jim, With both bake and broil not working then the most likely cause will be a faulty main control board which is part number DE92-03045F. Read More...
Bruce June 28, 2016 for Model Number FX510BGS The oven temperature is off by almost 100 degrees. I have adjusted the temperature differential and it is still off by 75 degrees. What should I check first? Thermister?
1 Answer Hello Bruce. Make sure the oven sensor is good. If so, you will need to order and replace the control board on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Tom December 20, 2015 for Model Number FTQ352IWUX/XAA-0003 We just bought a house with this range. Our first time using it took forever to preheat to 350. Then oven temp was 50 degrees off. I adjusted the temp by max of 35 but still will not stay near temp. If I pre heat to 400 it is closer but never on the temperature selected. Any help would be helpful.
