Hello Kristi. The control board needs to be replaced to determine if there is an error code to be dealt with. The control board has been permanently discontinued by the manufacturer and we don't know of any source or replacement for the part.

My double over was showing the code E6 and F2. Periodically, there would be a light on the panel and when there was it could be operated but when no light - no operation. There light is on about once a week and stays on for just a few minutes. Can you tell me what part is needed. I had a technician out before Thanksgiving and he said he couldn't even get the part in the next few days. I have cooked in this oven about 20 times because I know how many holidays I have been in this house and it was a new home.

Hello Imogene, The Error code F2 E6 indicates that there is a keypad cancel open drive. If you push the cancel button and the error code returns after 60 seconds then you would need to replace the Mebrane switch WP8300435.

Hello Homer, The F2 - E6 error code represents a keypad error. When you canceled and then it came back means that you need a new touch pad WP8300435. You may want to check the suppressor WP8302143 to ensure that it has not blown. There is always a chance that your clock WPW10438751 may have burnt out but I would check suppressor first.

Hello Howard, As per the Tech Sheet: If sensor resistance and connections are good, then the oven cavity temperature must have exceeded a safe level. Check for welded-closed relays on the control. It looks like the control board 8302967 is going to solve your issue.

Joe, The control panel WP8300435 is the least likely issue, if the control is burnt out and has no display. You most likely have an open thermal fuse WP9759243and or WP4451354 , burnt control board WPW10438751 or control thermal fuse WP4451042. As you can see, there are more checks to make before you replace parts. We're sending you some more information that should help you "teardown" and check components, so you can get your oven up and running
