George January 03, 2013 for Model Number RBD305PDS14 My power went out in my house for 30 minites. When the power went back on the display panel was not lit. Be when you press the buttons it would beep but would not turn the oven on. I replaced the thermo fuse but it still does not work. If I turn off the breaker for 2 minites and turn back on I could turn the oven on with out the display lighting and it heats up then it will shut off after 10 seconds.
1 Answer Hello George, It sounds like the control board WPW10438751 has failed in unit. The control board has the display and all relays for the oven in it. Read More...
Kristi December 07, 2012 for Model Number RBD305PDB8 The time of day on the touchpad has slowly faded and now will not illuminate at all. When you touch the oven on pad it beeps 5 quick times but nothing happens. The oven light works. Do I need a new touchpad assembly or a new control board?
1 Answer Hello Kristi. The control board needs to be replaced to determine if there is an error code to be dealt with. The control board has been permanently discontinued by the manufacturer and we don't know of any source or replacement for the part. Read More...

Imogene Lively@Yahoo.Com November 28, 2012 for Model Number RBD305PDS14 My double over was showing the code E6 and F2. Periodically, there would be a light on the panel and when there was it could be operated but when no light - no operation. There light is on about once a week and stays on for just a few minutes. Can you tell me what part is needed. I had a technician out before Thanksgiving and he said he couldn't even get the part in the next few days. I have cooked in this oven about 20 times because I know how many holidays I have been in this house and it was a new home.
1 Answer Hello Imogene, The Error code F2 E6 indicates that there is a keypad cancel open drive. If you push the cancel button and the error code returns after 60 seconds then you would need to replace the Mebrane switch WP8300435. Read More...
Homer J November 02, 2012 for Model Number rbd305pds14 My oven had a display of E6 and F2, I hit cancel and the codes returned. I continued to push the keypad and I saw an arc behind the control panel, and then the entire display went blank. Is there a fuse for the control panel ?
1 Answer Hello Homer, The F2 - E6 error code represents a keypad error. When you canceled and then it came back means that you need a new touch pad WP8300435. You may want to check the suppressor WP8302143 to ensure that it has not blown. There is always a chance that your clock WPW10438751 may have burnt out but I would check suppressor first. Howard October 01, 2012 for Model Number rbd305pdb10 Problem is on the upper oven. The broil element stays on and the door locks when it gets too hot. Received error message E2 F3. Replaced the temperature sensor and still have the same code. I was told that I need a new control board. Could it be anything else?
1 Answer Hello Howard, As per the Tech Sheet: If sensor resistance and connections are good, then the oven cavity temperature must have exceeded a safe level. Check for welded-closed relays on the control. It looks like the control board 8302967 is going to solve your issue. Read More...
Joe July 12, 2012 for Model Number rbd305pdb15 The control panel on my double oven is burnt out. Can you tell me if item # ap3131744 be ok to replace it with?
1 Answer Joe, The control panel WP8300435 is the least likely issue, if the control is burnt out and has no display. You most likely have an open thermal fuse WP9759243and or WP4451354 , burnt control board WPW10438751 or control thermal fuse WP4451042. As you can see, there are more checks to make before you replace parts. We're sending you some more information that should help you "teardown" and check components, so you can get your oven up and running Read More...
