Steve, The Jds9800AAP series 10 thru 16 ERC/Clock (AP6009795 / WP5760M301-60) has a different configuration for the relays and tracers on/in the power control board circuitry, compared to the series 17 thru 23) control (AP6009796 / WP5760M302-60) Also the series 17-23 would require a new independent auxiliary / DLB relay, which would require re wiring the control assembly, which we would not and cannot recommend.

G, There are a couple of possibilities, Check and make sure the display circuit hasn't been changed to off. make sure there are no loose wires or connections, especially at the transformer on the back of the clock. Hello Charles. No, if the element are heating, but not hot enough, it has to be a voltage issue, or one of the elements is bad. You will need to recheck the units and make sure it is correct. The board, just cycles the elements on and off, and has no control over hot fast they get hot. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
