Steve Hood December 13, 2017 for Model Number JDS9860AAP I have a Jenn-Air dual fuel downdraft range jds9860aap. Serial number 16681564ae The control board is bad. I am told that the part number that I need is WP5760m301-60. Will part number WP5760m302-60 work for my oven? If not can you tell me why? Thanks
1 Answer Steve, The Jds9800AAP series 10 thru 16 ERC/Clock (AP6009795 / WP5760M301-60) has a different configuration for the relays and tracers on/in the power control board circuitry, compared to the series 17 thru 23) control (AP6009796 / WP5760M302-60) Also the series 17-23 would require a new independent auxiliary / DLB relay, which would require re wiring the control assembly, which we would not and cannot recommend. Kevin November 06, 2016 for Model Number JDS9860AAP My serial number for the range is 14426858ZY. I've seen that there is another control board costing $800. You're website tells me the $300 control will work. Why would there be two models of control board for the range and how can I be sure the $300 one is the correct one to use?
1 Answer Kevin, The reason there are 2 different control boards showing is based on the series number. The part number that is for your series model will be part number WP5760M301-60. Read More...

G October 17, 2015 for Model Number JDS9860AAP We just installed the new electronic control board, part 5760M302-60. When we push the buttons we hear beeps and when we set the oven, it turns on. BUT, we cannot see any numbers on the screen?
1 Answer G, There are a couple of possibilities, Check and make sure the display circuit hasn't been changed to off. make sure there are no loose wires or connections, especially at the transformer on the back of the clock. You'll need to check and see if you installed the correct clock/ERC WP5760M301-60 /5760M301-60, you may have installed the incorrect part WP5760M302-60 / 5760M302-60 "Per Factory Does Not Have The P13 Connector If Looking For Control With P13 Series Connector May Need 5760m302-60." Check to see that the original ERC did or didn't have the P13 connector and re order the correct part, if necessary. Read More...

Charles January 10, 2014 for Model Number jenn air jds9860aap Our oven takes forever to heat up to set temp. Power is good. Elements look good and do get hot with time. Is the problem in the control panel? Thank you for any help.
1 Answer Hello Charles. No, if the element are heating, but not hot enough, it has to be a voltage issue, or one of the elements is bad. You will need to recheck the units and make sure it is correct. The board, just cycles the elements on and off, and has no control over hot fast they get hot. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
