Rod T January 06, 2018 for Model Number GBD277PRS01 Hello, I was away from my home for a couple of hours and when I returned my Whirlpool accubake dual wall oven's display was blank, the touchpad still beeps and the ovens lights still come on from the touchpad and by opening the door. The oven will not start. My kids were home and said there were three beeps suddenly coming from the oven while we were gone. The oven periodically will beep three times for no apparent reason and also if the breaker is reset. Not sure is it is a fuse, transformer or control board that is the problem.
1 Answer Hello Rod. You will need to check and see if the fuse WP4451042 is bad and will need to be replaced on the unit. Thanks. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...

Bill P December 26, 2016 for Model Number RBD307PVS02 My Whirlpool Double Oven stopped working today. I do not have anything on the display, no tones or lights on the oven work. What is the process of diagnosing the problem? Model number is RBD307PVS02
1 Answer Bill, You will want to test the control board to see if there is power going to it. If there is no power then the issue would possibly be the thermal fuse which you can test for continuity. If there is continuity then test the power supply coming to the unit. Read More...
David December 19, 2016 for Model Number GBD307PRS01 I have replaced the control board, touch panel display, and sister board with all new parts. When I power up all possible lights on the LCD are lit. I have the code to change the cavity size with the new board but it will not do anything other than beep and the display constantly stays all lit. Where do I start? Like I said all are brand new parts.
1 Answer David, You will want to double check the ribbon connection from the touch pad to the control board to make sure that there is a good connection and that it is seated properly. If it is not then this could cause the issue you are having with the unit. Read More...
Tim November 11, 2016 for Model Number RDB305PRB00 Display lights began to go dimmer over time, now no display. Panel will beep when you touch a button but nothing works except interior lights.

Mark T. November 07, 2016 for Model Number RBD305PRQ00 I'm getting the E6 F2 error on my double wall oven and my research says I need a new control board. Your site lists two items for this, AP6021413 and AP6012630, that both use the term electronic control board. Which part do I need or do I need both?
1 Answer Hello Mark. CANCEL key drive line open. 1. Check keypad connector for firm connection. 2. Press CANCEL. If error code returns after 60 sec., replace keypad WP8304275. 3. Replace control WPW10438750. Read More...
Steve October 16, 2016 for Model Number rbd245prb00 I had a power surge and it looks like the suppressor was burnt. Oven was not in use. Best to replace just the suppressor? Separate issue prior to the surge. Top and bottom oven would heat up but not to programmed temp. Programmed for 325 would heat up to 240. I put a manual thermometer in to monitor. Increased the programmed themp to 400 would heat up to 300. Then not hold and maybe heat up later to 400. Very erratic. Same symptom top and bottom. I have pulled the control panel, nothing wrong visibally. Could be relays? What do you suggest?
1 Answer Steve, For the issue of the suppressor you will need to replace it but there is an out side chance the main control board could have been affected. As for the temp issue, you will want to test the oven sensor for 1090 ohms at room temp. If it is off then the sensor would need replaced. Read More...
