John March 28, 2020 for Model Number 665.16795792 Have a Kenmore that will not drain all the way. Checked garbage disposal inlet, drain hose and check valve. All seem to be in working order. Could the drain impeller be the problem? Machine seems to run normal just won't drain all the way.
Ibgm101 January 01, 2020 for Model Number 655.15825691 Is that circle gasket for the flat cover that covers the 2 white balls? There's an oval gasket on the top lid, is that where that leftover gasket from this video would go? Or does the kit not come with that gasket? Is it a good idea to coat the gaskets with anything?
1 Answer Hello Ibgm, the gaskets do not need any type of coating. The large gasket goes on top of the separator (filter screen plate) that the outlet cover goes on top of. Read More...

Colm August 18, 2018 I don't know the model number of my KitchenAid dishwasher because it has faded off the sticker. However it does have the exact parts in kits 675703 & 675806. When I was removing the existing parts there was only one of the white balls in place. Were there some models that only had 1 ball? What is the part number if I need a second? Thanks.
Dave February 03, 2018 for Model Number 665-744590 There is a black cover and a white seal under that, the white seal is missing a piece. Would this cause it not to drain properly. They cover the impeller.
1 Answer David, There is a check valve 675238 that would most likely cause the unit to not drain properly. The seal under the impeller would not cause the issue with draining. Read More...
Gregg September 19, 2017 I am trying to replace the impeller using the kit and your video for direction. I'm unable to remove the screw on the upper impeller, the one that your expert uses the adjustable crescent wrench to hold. I used lubricant, which I let sit overnight, and tapped on the screw to try to loosen it. I even used channel locks on the nut driver for extra leverage. No luck. Now th top of the impeller is getting chewed up by the wrench I'm using to hold it. Are there any other ways to get this screw loosened/out? By the way thanks for the great video.
1 Answer Gregg, While holding the impeller with the adjustable wrench or channel locks, instead of using a nut driver try to use a ratchet which will give you a little more leverage to get the screw out. Read More...

Joe November 17, 2015 for Model Number Model Number DU945PWPQ2 Model Number DU945PWPQ2 replaced the impeller and drain kit when I put the drain cover back and the motor seems to bind ?
1 Answer Joe, It sounds like the impeller or blade may be hanging up on the perforated plate that is above it and you will want to make sure that it is not dragging as this could cause the motor to bind. Read More...
1 Answer Hello Rich, If the model number is actually DU900PCDB3, you will most likely need to replace the chopper assembly 675806. Also ensure the drain line is elevated and supported up to countertop level before connecting to the sink drain. This can cause the drain line to clog with food particles. Read More...
