Hello Tony, you are correct the right front element part [ AP3182844} has been discontinued by the manufacturer and there are no substitute burners available.

Beth, If you test at the infinite control switch from the H1 to the H2 terminals for 240 vac. If there is 240 vac then the element will be the issue with the unit. The switch part number is WP9750638.

Luis, The part number for the surface element on right front will be W10823699 and if it is the rear element needed will be WPW10242957.

Diana, The infinite control switch would be the more likely and more common problem for an element that won't heat. You would need to have a multi meter TJMA-DM1 to test the infinite switch circuits to see which contacts have failed . You would also use the meter to test the element ribbon circuits as well as the sensor circuits on the side of the element. Once you remove power and the glass top, you'll have access to both the switches and burner elements, you can then visually inspect both parts for visible damage, arc marks and broken burnt wires, etc. then use the meter to test the circuits.
