Norm December 19, 2011 for Model Number MER6772BAQ Replaced both the 6" surface element w/ limiter and the control switch, and the burner still does not come on.
1 Answer Hello Norm. If the element W10823704 and switch have been replaced, you will need to test and see where you are loosing power to the switch at. Look for a burnt or broke wire on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter.
