Bill June 08, 2015 for Model Number KERS807SSS02 Hi; I have a Kitchenaid kers807sss02 electric oven. A pot ( 2 quarts) of boiling water was spilled toward the front of the oven, it drained where the display panel is. The burners work fine. I am getting error code F2E0, "Keypad disconnected". I tried the reset of the oven to no avail. Should I replace the keypad membrane first, then move on to the control unit if that is not successful?
1 Answer Hello Bill. If you can not dry out the control panel, you will need to replace the membrane on the unit. Read More...

Phil January 09, 2014 for Model Number KGSS907SSS00 Oven would not work but the stove top did work. Error code was F2 E1. Replaced keypad part # 9761566. Didn't correct the problem. Should I replace the electronic control part #9762794 (AP3955993) or look for something else?
1 Answer Hello Phil! Error code F2 E1 indicates a shorted keypad and/or stuck key. If the membrane switch has already been replaced you'll need to check and replace the ribbon cable from the membrane to the control part numbers 9762921 and W11209404. If the problem still remains you'll then need to replace the electronic control part number WP9762794. Thanks! Read More...
David January 02, 2013 for Model Number KESS908SPS00 I woke up this morning and the display panel is dark. The range/burners work fine and light up. The oven works, the buttons respond (beeping) but there is no feedback on the panel. I tested turning the oven light on/off, the warming drawer, and the timer. I'm sure there isn't a light bulb to replace but what part does this sound like?
1 Answer Hello David. You need to check the thermal fuse WP4456654 for the control board. If it is good, you will need to replace the display board. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...
