Willard, To replace the water filter head, you will need to pull the unit out from the wall and access the water valve. Disconnect the tubing from the water supply and the water valve. Remove the plate over the water lines where they enter the top of the refrigerator. Go to the front of the unit and open the door and remove the cover over the filter. Remove the water valve and disconnect the filter head from the clips. Pull out the waterlines and install the new filter head assembly in reverse.

Emile, You will want to make sure that the o rings are on the filter when putting it in place. If there are no o rings then this will cause the leak.

Emile, The thing that would most likely cause the unit to drip water at the dispenser would be a water valve. If the water valve is not fully seating it will cause the unit to drip water at the dispenser or the icemaker. The part number for the water valve is DA97-08587A.
