Usually, when you separate the inner choke cover from the door assembly (Use a putty knife and pry out along the inner edge of the choke cover) you'll find the handle screws lodged in the door liner, and don't need to replace or purchase additional screws. This microwave is in the basement of our home and doesn't get used more than five time per year. The last time we had a service man replace the handle under warranty.
