The Microwave Door Handle (BLK) is an OEM part for Whirlpool microwaves. It provides a sturdy grip for opening and closing the microwave door. The handles measure approximately 10.45 inches long by 1 inch wide. This part has two mounting holes spaced 6.75 inches apart to fit existing screw holes on the microwave door.

Martha, when replacing a door handle the original screws can be used on the new handle.

Martha, The door handle screws are part number W11380570 you will need two(2). Usually, when you separate the inner choke cover from the door assembly (Use a putty knife and pry out along the inner edge of the choke cover) you'll find the handle screws lodged in the door liner, and don't need to replace or purchase additional screws.

Ed, To change the door handle you will need to use a putty knife between the inner and outer door panel and pop the inner panel loose. This will give access to the screws for the door handle.

Hello Mike, You should order part number 4393782 for the handle in black. The screws do not come with it and it is recommended to use the ones from the old handle.
