Start the dishwasher, let it fill and wash for 5 minutes, unlatch the door, remove the lower rack, and check that the water level is in contact with the bottom of the heater element(+/- 1/8 inch), If the water level is not proper, the spray arms and pump won't operate properly and cause a washability problem.
