The Spray Arm and Supply Tube Kit is an OEM replacement part for Whirlpool and KitchenAid dishwashers. This kit restores two key cleaning mechanisms by replacing lower spray arms as well as its feed tubes.

This kit includes:

  • An 18-inch upper spray arm
  • A holder or hanger
  • A single-piece water supply tube
  • A split-ring seal
  • A screw

Causes of failure can include mineral deposits clogging small jet openings plus years of constant high-pressure water exposure creating small fractures in rigid plastic arms.

Symptoms of a failed spray system include:

  • Greasy or soiled dishes despite washing
  • Diminished water pressure observed inside the dishwasher
  • Visible cracks or missing spray jets on arm vanes
  • Leaks from worn tube connections to spray arms

This OEM replacement part is compatible with Maytag, Jenn-Air and Amana models as well.

Hello Smiley. Check and see if the water level inside the unit is low. If so, order and replace the water valve on the unit. If the water level is good, try cleaning the filters in the unit and replace them if needed.

Margaret, The first thing to check is the water level in the bottom of the tub. Start the dishwasher, let it fill and wash for 5 minutes, unlatch the door, remove the lower rack, and check that the water level is in contact with the bottom of the heater element(+/- 1/8 inch), If the water level is not proper, the spray arms and pump won't operate properly and cause a washability problem. If you're sure the water is leaking from the manifold pipe in the back of the tub. Then you will need to remove the rack check the docking port on the manifold WPW10077863 Then check or replace the WPW10258150 manifold and probe WPW10082831 .
