Hello Will. You will need to check and see if the condensor fan motor is running properly. If not, the refrigerator will get hot, and you will need to replace the motor W10124096. Also, make sure the coils are clean. Hope this helps.

Hello Max. You can remove the front cover of the dispenser. It uses tabs to hold it on the refrigerator. To remove it you will need to unsnap the tabs with a butter knife or putty knife. Be careful not to break it. Once removed, you will need to test the micro switch WP2162361 and see if it is bad. Hope this helps.

Hello. You will need to test the wires coming to the motor for proper voltage. You will test this with a multi-meter MA-DM1. With the leads in the wires hold the door switch closed and press the dispenser switch. You should have voltage at the wires. If the voltage is there, you have a bad motor. Hope this helps.
