Jim May 15, 2011 for Model Number MFW9700SQ1 My washer is making loud noises while in spin cycle, as if the springs fell off, so I removed back panel to see if that was the case, was not. What I found were ball bearings in bottom tray. Where are the bearing on this washer?

Neil May 13, 2011 for Model Number 8182793 Hi, is this motor DC? What adapter would it take? What is the torque pounds for this motor? Is it reversible? Is it variable speed? What is the lowest rated rpm's for this motor? I ask because I am trying to build a potter's wheel. The usual rpm's on that go up to about 300rpm and take a load between 25-50lbs.

1 Answer Hello John. These are not to hard to change, but they do take some time. You will need to remove the toe panel to access the motor assembly. Then remove the belt from the motor. Take out the bolt holding the motor in place and unplug the wires going to the motor. Reinstall in reverse order with the new motor. Hope this helps. Read More...

1 Answer Hello Tom. You can test the motor and see if it is good. If you test across pins 1 and 2, and 2 and 3, and 1 and 3, you should have 6 ohms. If any of these read infinity, then the motor is bad. If the motor test good, you may have a bad MCU W10756692. Hope this helps. Read More...
