Chuck, Check to see if there is power getting to the pump. If there is power to the pump but not running then the issue will be a faulty pump assembly.

I'm pretty sure the pump is bad. Is there any way to take the pump apart and check the impeller? If not, is there a way to check it without ordering a new one? I have changed the door lock, inlet valve. I have watched the dishwasher running and when it is supposed to be washing the dishes, I can see the water leave the bottom and a little water comes out of the blades but they do not spin. I have cleaned all the blades and still have the same problem. Thanks for your help.

Howard, The only way to check the impeller would be to look inside the pump to see if there is any damage to it. This issue does sound like the pump would be the issue.

Hello Wanda. No, you can simply squeeze the clamps with a pair of pliers to crimp them. Thanks.

Edson, With the spray arms not spinning then this issue sounds like it may be caused by a faulty diverter motor which would be part number W10537869. This diverter motor will allow water to be moved from upper to lower spray arms and it being defective will cause the spray arms to be inoperative.
