Joseph, For this issue you will want to check to make sure that there is nothing clogged in the sump assembly and that the impeller of the pump is not damaged. If this checks ok then check the diverter motor which will be the most likely cause for this issue.

Paula, For the dripping issue it sounds like you may have a seal leak around the diverter motor which is part number WPW10195677. For the issue with the unit not doing anything, it would be recommended to check to see if there is power getting to the wash motor during the wash cycle. If there is no power then the control board will most likely be the issue.

John, The most likely cause for the unit to run but no water to get to the spray arms would be a clog in the impeller or the diverter motor being defective. The diverter motor part number is W10537869.

Eli R. for Model Number WDT790SAYM0

Water is leaking from the diverter motor W10195076. I'd like to replace the seal. I can't find a part number for the seal, do you have a) a replacement seal part number or b) do I need to purchase the entire sump assembly. If option b) is required, then can I get everything I need if I purchase your pump and motor assembly AP5629542? This would give me the motor as well which apparently is a good idea to replace even if still functioning, because of possible water damage. Thanks!
