This circulation pump and motor assembly drives water through the spray arms during the wash and rinse cycles. Replace it to restore proper wash performance when the dishwasher fills but doesn't spray, cleans poorly, or runs loudly. What it does:

  • Circulates water from the sump through the spray arms for cleaning and rinsing
  • Also called the wash motor; provides the pressure needed for effective spray
  • Typical failure symptoms: poor cleaning, no spray or weak spray, loud humming/grinding, or leaks at the pump area
  • Restores normal water circulation and wash pressure
What's included:
  • One circulation pump-and-motor assembly
Install notes:
  • Disconnect power and shut off water supply before servicing
  • Access from the bottom/front of the unit; expect residual water—protect floors and wiring
  • Move wiring and hoses carefully; transfer any clamps, seals, or brackets from the original as needed
  • Ensure seals are seated, reconnect hoses/wiring, then run a short cycle and check for leaks
