Ginger December 06, 2017 for Model Number MVWC200XW3 The drum on my washer is framming the cabinet, during the final high-speed spin. Though all suspension rods look fine, that is what I figured I'd try first. which leads to my *first question - How am I supposed to get the rods out of where the spring seats in the housing on the basket? There are no slots there as shown in all the models in your videos. Am I supposed to lay the unit on it's side, so I can work through the top and bottom simultaneously? My *second question is, can I not add centering springs (that attach to suspension rods) to help provide more stability? I realize it is not a stock method. However, the locations for which to attach them are present in my machine.
1 Answer Ginger, The only way to get the rods off is there will be slots on the tub for them to come off, They cannot be fed through the holes. Read More...

Elliot November 19, 2017 for Model Number WTW4800XQ2 during the spin cycle on my washing machine the tub sounds like its going to break out of the shell. i dont see a stabilizing spring. Just need to know what part i need to fix this problem? thanks
1 Answer Elliot, First make sure the washer is as close to the floor as possible, and level in both directions. Select a high speed spin cycle and start the washer, stand in front of the washer about 12 to 14 inches away. If you can feel vibration in the floor through your feet, the floor is weak and the washer cant maintain the stability needed to transfer the movement into the base and then into the floor. If all's OK then replace the suspension rod kit W10780048. Read More...
