Chris, At the water valve you will want to check to see if there is 120 vac when the icemaker calls for water. If there is power then the water valve is faulty. If there is no power then the icemaker would be the issue even though it cycles, the water circuit part of the icemaker would faulty.

Sonny, if there is water to the valve but nothing coming out and the valve is getting power from the icemaker then the valve is faulty and would need to be replaced.

Hello Dave. Sorry, they do not offer any other design of the water valve. You can reuse the quick connects as long as they are not damaged.

Hello Joshua! No, the valve does not include the water tube. You'll press in the fitting to remove and install the water line. Hope this helps. Thanks.
