Tim March 23, 2024 for Model Number MVWX655DW2 I have a Maytag Bravos top load machine. The machine makes a groaning sound at various times throughout the wash cycle but seems to be operating right. It has been suggested to me that this is the water inlet valves although their issues seem to be leaks and I do not see any reference to my symptom.

Jonathan February 09, 2024 for Model Number MVWX700XL2 We noticed that we still heard running water going somewhere into the washer when everything had completed and when we powered the washer off. To avoid a big mess we shut off the water at the faucets coming out of the wall. When we were shutting the faucets off we noticed that when we shut off the hot water we still heard the running water, however, when we shut off the cold water we no longer heard running water. Our first guess is that the cold water inlet needs to be replaced. We would like some kind of confirmation that we are on the right track. Please help. We want to order the part from you ASAP.

Brant November 30, 2023 for Model Number mvwx655dw1 Only hot water will fill during sensing for the wash cycle. cold water will fill during the Rinse cycle. Would a new water valve fix this or is it the control board? Or something else?

Heather November 25, 2023 Maytag Bravo top load washer will start sensing cycle but will not put any water into the tub or will put very little water in then stop, it won’t go past the sensing stage. I can put the washer on a rinse and spin cycle and it will fill with water, rinse, and spin. Could the water valves be the issue?
