Hello Tracy, You well need to order 4 WP8268655. This will replace all four wheels. If you need the tracks also, you will need two WP3385089 tracks and four WP8565925 stops.

Hello Tony. You will need to disconnect the power to the unit. Then remove the upper basket from the dishwasher. You will uninstall the dishwasher, and remove the screws on the outer tub holding the rollers in place. Reinstall with the new rollers WP8270019 in reverse order. Hope this helps.
