I knew the door latch was suppose to lock for self clean and it wasn't, so I took the back off and after tracing out wires and the linkage to the door latch, determined that it was a faulty motor on the latch lock. I got on line and Appliance Parts Pros was the first place that I found the part. I was surprised that it wasn't real expensive, but I kept looking for a cheaper price only to come back to order it from APP. WITH A VOLT/METER CHECK OUT FRONT DOOR SWITCH (GOOD), CHECK OUT MICRO SWIITCHES ON REAR REAR LATCH ASSEMBLY (GOOD). CHECK VOLTAGE ON SOLENOID AFTER SELF CLEANING WAS TURNED ON WAS READING 120 VOLTS BUT SOLENOID/MOTER WOULD NOT ENGAGE. REPLACE IT WITH REAR LATCH ASSEMBLY. PROBLEM FIX Read more
