Continuously plugged spray arms from disintegrated rubber sump Bruce B. • Tega Cay , SC • December 27, 2014
Pulled dishwasher from the cabinet and flipped onto its side. Easy access to sump and drain flapper valve that I also replaced. Rubber sump coming apart into soft pills & chunks and plugging spray arms. Better now but it's rediculous that GE would make components that dissolve this way.

Leaking at bottom of my dishwasher ( whirlpool model ) Stephen V. • Port St Lucie , FL • November 15, 2015
I went to YouTube and put in my issue and saw the video on how to replace the seals and deflectors in my dishwasher. I then spoke to a local repair guy and he said that I was on the right track on replacing those parts first. The price he gave me were pretty high on the parts. I was able to go to Whirlpool website and obtain the part codes that I need to replace and found this website to be the cheapest. Appliance parts pro. Com. It was easy to order and real easy to replace. So I replace...

Dishwasher continually filling with water Jack M. • Siloam Springs , AR • December 15, 2014
Web site helped me diagnose problem as water inlet valve not fully shutting off. Repairman quoted me 200.00 to fix, so I decided to gamble the price of the item and repair myself. Web site offered easy to follow, detailed video instructions, had the part replaced and back to working like new in less than 30 minutes.

The machine would not enter the wash cycle or would try John D. • Tewskbury , MA • April 20, 2018
Hearing a metal on metal noise and not actually circulate water cancelling cycle worked fine After some web research, I concluded it was highly likely to be the circulation pump, so I watched the video on AppliancePartPros.com and realized it was a lengthy repair (a lot of steps) but not technically difficult. I simply played and paused the video at each step and duplicated the steps.
The biggest things to take note of:
1) take good pictures of the wiring to use when you re-connect.
2) Wear...

Broken valve assy inlet Matt R. • Cincinnati , OH • January 21, 2015
The insulation in my old Ohio house is terrible, and the Valve Assy, Inlet part under my dishwasher must have froze and burst when the temperature outside got below 0.
I ordered this part here, and literally got it the next day. Awesome. The how-to video on the site was perfect. Not only did I replace the part in about an hour, but I saved ~$200 by canceling my LG service repair appointment.

Kenmore dishwasher would not drain although the motor ran and sloshed water around as usual. Gregory J. • Albany , CA • June 20, 2022
I checked the drain hose for blocking at the garbage disposal and then at the connection point to the dishwasher. The hose was clear and nothing was obviously obstructing where the drain hose connects to the dishwasher. At this point I Googled the model number with the term "will not drain" and immediately landed on the AppliancePartsPros.com website. At the Drain & Wash Impeller Kit page amazingly had a video showing the technician replacing the impeller on a dishwasher essentially the same as...
