First, I modified old butter knife by bending a 90° angle about 3/4" from the tip. I slid the bent in up under the bottom of the switch cover and worked it to one side. I then rotated the knife downward using the bent end to pry the cover off. The switch is held by plastic arms on each side. The bottom right arm has a locating pin that fits into the switch. Unplugged the switch and re-installed.

Samsung does not make it easy to replace the casters. The shafts holding the casters are crimped at the ends and had to be cut off with little room for any tools. I had to jack up the fridge and I used a hacksaw blade with a handle to cut through the wheel shafts. I didn't want to use a reciprocating saw. Switch replacement was easy:
-unplug fridge
-using medium flathead, pry out old switch, starting from back, be gentle it's all plastic
-when switch pops out, grab the wires and don't let them fall back into hold
-there should be three wires
-connect to new switch in same pattern
-push new switch back in, being careful to orient it correctly
