I had a problem with the drain pump on my Kenmore HE3 and I replaced it using a drain pump I ordered from APP. That fixed that problem but once I started running the washer I started getting a FH error code. I looked it up and found that it was a problem with the washer not filling properly. I pulled the washer out and found that one of the fill hoses had kinked when I pushed the washer back in place. There was also some writing on the hose that read "Change hose every five years". I know I had... Read more

Ordered the element control for my dual front right burner and a infinite heat switch for my left front large single burner. Removed cooktop and followed the instructions video given with the parts online. Process was simple and everything on my cooktop is working like it is brand new. First I looked at the many you tube vids, and there are many. appliance parts pros pretty much shows you how to deal with the parts. I changed the brake shoes and the clutch assembly which also comes with the driver cam. I also changed the metal brake operating cam. Fixing the problem was quite simple. First, I removed the lid assembly (thanks to the diagrams supplied by AppliancePartsPros.com!). Getting the back two screws out was very difficult because I couldn't see them from the front and I could not move the unit out of the enclosed space. After some trial and error, I located the screws which were 5/16 hex head screws and removed them with a MAGNETIC nut driver. (The magnet assures that the screw will not drop down into the mechanism). Second, I... Read more
