Supports and enables smooth movement of your refrigerator cabinet. Replace if cracked, broken, or crumbled to restore stable positioning and mobility.
I contacted Appliance Parts Pros' wonderful (comprehensive and accurate) website, to search for the part. I located the part, so I ordered it and received it within 4 days, which is also an advantage of using Appliance Parts Pros. Upon arrival of the part, I had to grind off one end of the river that acts as a hub for the wheel to turn on. Then I slipped the the plastic wheel, that I received from Appliance Parts Pros, onto the rivet and welded it to the metal cage it fits onto. Finally I... Read more
Replaces burned-out, dim, or flickering refrigerator light bulbs to restore clear interior visibility. Easy DIY installation—just unscrew old bulb and install new one. Verify fit by your model number.
I'm way too lazy to go to a store and look at a gigantic wall of light bulbs. So I poured a glass of wine, googled the make and model of my refrigerator followed by "lightbulb" and this bulb came up. If you're tracking the full length of this project you'll be interested to note that I held up the bulb for roughly 3 seconds to conclude it was the right one. *don't drink too much wine before this part. I counted the bulbs in my fridge/freezer (also do this before too much wine) and decided I... Read more

Fix a refrigerator that won't cool or has a buzzing compressor. This overload relay provides start assist and protection. DIY repair in under an hour.
Unplug the fridge and slide it out from the wall. Remove the lower back cover. CLEAN EVERYTHING. We used compressed air, a vacuum, and a damp rag. The compressor was really hot because the unit was still limping along, so I set up a vortex fan to cool everything down. I removed the support wire, gently wiggled the capacitor off, then removed the relay. EASY! The overload relay was the problem. It rattled. Connects water tubes of different sizes at the base of your refrigerator door. Replace if leaking, cracked, or calcified to restore a watertight seal.
Every once in a while we'd get a small leak just under the left side (freezer door). I moved the fridge out and saw the water stain towards the front of the unit. Carefully removing the grate (see the video on how to do this so you don't snap the plastic brackets. They are part of the grate and there is one on the left and one on the right, centered from top to bottom.) Anyway the problem was visible. There is a water tube that runs into the door and presumedly up to the water dispenser. ... Read more
