Missing hardware for fridge doors Anita K. • Crossville , TN • July 03, 2015
We bought a used fridge and forgot to get the hardware to mount the doors. Looked up the model on your website. Using the pictures I was able to order just the parts I needed and not to duplicate anything (or leave anything out!). The parts arrived and because I watched the "how to" video I knew to use the "trick" to hold the doors up while attaching the hardware. Had the doors mounted in less than 15 minutes!.. Thanks

The front rollers had deteriorated and the refrigerator could not be moved without damaging the floor. Michael G. • Pulaski , TN • January 08, 2022
Replacing the roller assembly corrected the problem. The key to replacing the roller assembly is elevating the refrigerator high enough to remove the roller assembly. (1) Raise and secure the refrigerator, (2) remove the metal bar across the bottom of the refrigerator to provide adequate access to the roller assembly (2-screws), (3) remove the roller assembly adjustment screw, (4) pry the roller pivot pin out, (5) pull the roller assembly toward the front of the refrigerator to remove, (6)...

12 y o rental unit ge side by side was missing parts and dispenser was non functional Scott M. • Asheville , NC • October 04, 2015
First I ordered a new ice door seal, spring, and crank, figuring the condensation in freezer and door was caused by ice door not sealing. Turns out the solenoid for the ice door was completely rusted and was the primary cause, if it had been replaced early, it would have saved the dispenser board. What then happened was the moisture in the freezer door damaged the control board rendering dispenser controls inoperative as well as the heater around the dispenser. Now the freezer door is dripping...

Creaked when doors closed Albert H. • Ewa Beach , HI • June 08, 2021
Replaced all four cams. It was very easy to do. I didn’t even have to turn off the fridge. You should though when touching electrical connections. The hardest part was aligning the pegs with the holes by myself. Hard to do when balancing the door. Otherwise piece of cake. Thanks guys.
