Googled it. Saw the YouTube video on replacing the User Interface module. Decided to try to fix this myself. Looked simple enough. Ordered the UI module. Saw the video on the replacement again. Read more
I found and ordered clips and a door handle from Appliancepartspros.com I found the clips pretty pricy, but they fit perfectly, the door handle was a perfect fit but should have come with the two screws, the price was very reasonable, I saved a $60.00 service fee from an appliance serviceman Read more

First took a picture of the old ECB showing all connectors still plugged, for reference when connecting new ECB. Unplugged all connectors, removed old ECB, attached connectors to new ECB and re-attached to washer. Took me five minutes to replace the part. It's been a few days now, we've used the washer at least five times and we haven't had the error code come up yet. Very promising, looks like it's fixed. Read more

I first replaced the drive motor which was no longer wanting to spin or rinse clothes. It was completely dead in my 10 year old washer. Once I replaced, it would run, but give the F06 code. I then replaced the CPU and runs like a new machine. Very easy repairs made in less than an hour by a stay at home mom with little ones wanting to help. If I can do it, anyone can do it. Great videos on this website help you to know what you will be doing prior to making the repair. Highly recommend... Read more

I researched the error code and found a video explaining how to fix the error. When I opened up my washer to begin an inspection I noticed my washer drum was disconnected from the struts which allowed the mother board to become dislodged. As a result there was a severed wire on the wire harness from the mother board to the motor. I ordered the part I needed after talking to Brent via online chat messaging. The part arrived the next day and it was easy to replace. My wife would have wanted to... Read more
Inner wash basket includes: Inner basket, baffles, spider and shaft.
My washing machine started banging when the spin cycle got close to full speed. After some research I determined that the mounting spindle had probably broken loose. With a manual I found online and a basket from AppliancePartsPros.com I disassembled everything down to just a shell, changed the basket and reassembled the washer. As I removed parts I put some screws and fasteners back in place so I wouldn't lose them or forget where they went. I also marked the drum during disassembly so I could... Read more
