Easy fix. Pulled out the range and disconnected power cord. Unscrewed two screws in front of unit. Tilted smoothtop open toward rear of stove. Propped a piece of wood to keep it open. Removed burned out Indicator bulb and its plastic housing. Disconnected two wires attached. Installed new bulb and its housing attaching the two wires...housing clicked into hole where old one was removed. Closed top and re-attached two screws... Now works fine. Read more

I ordered a broiler element, watched the video and replaced the element when it arrived. I turned off the electrical breaker to the stove/oven. I then removed the oven door from the hinges and removed the 1/4" square head screws that secured the element in place,( the video showed phillip head screws ), removed the element wires from the old element. I lifted up the door and removed it. Next, I laid out newspaper on the floor. I placed the door on the newspaper upside down. With my socket driver, I removed the bottom door trim. I then used a pocket knife to remove the remaining glass in the top groove. I then slid in the new glass and reinstalled the trim.
