Ordered Bake Element, Y04100019 (Whirlpool AP4283614) to replace a broken bake element on my 30-year old Jenn-Air Model S125 Downdraft Slide-in electric range. Received the element very quickly but it had been damaged in shipping. Called AppliancePartsPros to report this and they quickly shipped another element - very easy process.
To install the element, I turned off the power to the range, put on rubber gloves (just in case) and removed the two sheet metal crews at the rear of the oven -...

- Can resolve a chute door that sticks open/closed or won't fully close
- Reduce rattling or poor ice flow caused by a loose flapper
What's included:
Install notes:
- Disconnect power to the refrigerator before servicing
- Remove dispenser trim/control panel to access the ice door assembly
- Note spring orientation on the flapper; transfer/install carefully without over-bending
- Smooth flap movement and a proper seal before reassembly

This replacement ice bucket housing encloses and supports the freezer's ice storage bin at the dispenser. A damaged housing can cause bin wobble or misalignment—replacing it restores a secure fit, smoother dispensing, and helps reduce stray ice and frost.
- Holds and aligns the ice bin for proper engagement with the dispenser mechanism
- Guides ice toward the chute and helps contain cubes and shavings
- Helps limit warm-air leaks around the bin to reduce frost and clumping
- Typical symptoms: bin won't seat or is wobbly, poor or no ice dispensing, ice spilling inside freezer, visible cracks in the enclosure
What's included: 1 ice bucket housing (enclosure) Install notes:
- Unplug the refrigerator and shut off water before servicing
- Remove the ice bin; take out any screws or clips securing the housing
- Transfer any reusable brackets or screws from the old housing to the new one
- Reinstall the housing level and secure; seat the bin fully, restore power, and test dispensing

The ice auger broke off and fractured the back panel of the ice bin Lawrence P. • Mount Laurel , NJ • September 09, 2014
The removal of the ice bin and auger motor was easy but removing the auger from the shaft was another story. The auger was frozen to the shaft even after it sat out overnight. I carefully applied heat with a propane torch, directly on joint of the auger and the tip of the shaft, followed by a few drops of cold water. Once the shaft and auger cooled the auger separated easily. Putting the components back together was simple taking about ten more minutes.

Rollers broke off the drawer glides in my refrigerator so drawer would fall out when extended John M. • New Haven , VT • November 24, 2017
Popping the old draw glides off was the toughest part of the job, ad even that was fairly easy, once I noticed the little retaining tabs near the front of the drawer. Pushed in on the tabs, while pushing back on the drawer glide rail and it popped right off.
One minor problem I did note: When the rollers were installed on the shoulder screws, they would not turn. One roller just had a burr around the inside edge of the hole. The other the entire bore was a bit undersized, creating a snug fit....

Ice stripper removes ice cubes from the ice maker mold so the dispenser or storage bin fills properly. Replacing a worn or broken stripper helps the ice maker eject cubes cleanly and reduces ice jams or stuck cubes. What it does:
- Pushes or guides harvested cubes out of the ice mold into the bin during the ice maker's harvest cycle.
- Prevents cubes from sticking in the mold; a damaged stripper can cause incomplete ejection or leftover ice in the mold.
- Works with the ice maker's ejector mechanism to maintain consistent cube release and storage.
- A faulty or broken stripper may lead to noisy operation, partial fills, or visible ice build-up in the mold.
What's included: One ice stripper. Install notes:
- Disconnect power to the appliance before starting any repair to avoid electrical shock.
- Remove the ice maker or access panel per the manufacturer's instructions to reach the stripper; keep small parts and screws organized.
- Inspect the ice mold and surrounding components for damage or ice build-up; clear ice before installing the new stripper.
- After installation, restore power and run a test harvest cycle to ensure proper cube ejection.
