Unplug your microwave. Took the screws off of the bottom of the unit with it still on the cabinet. The whole bottom panel swung down to expose the turntable motor. I took the power cable loose (just pull it off). It was one screw to take the motor out. Word to the wise: DON'T try to take the plastic coupler off before the motor. Their is a tab that holds it in while the motor is in place. If you pry it up you will break it, trust me. ;) Turn the motor out of its housing and it come right out.... Read more

We ordered the Thermostat switch and another Thermostat. We removed the old Thermostat switch and replaced it with the new switch. The wires attached to the switch were burned out. We cleaned the wires and remove the damaged wire coding, and attached the switch. Within 20 minutes, our Microwave was working. Praise the Lord!
