Googled the symptoms and realized it was probably the Start Relay. To check, I unplugged the refrigerator, took off the back panel, and pulled the old start relay off. Disconnect, remove all shelves, ice maker, rear panel. Hair Dryer to melt ice build up and dry inside. Replace elements, reinstall all items, plug back in and back to cooling.
