Had to pull it out from the cabinet, flip on its side (expect water on the floor). Old part came off and new part went on easily. Pulling and reinstalling the dishwasher is harder than replacing this part. The old part did have the single use clamp mentioned in the video, but I was able to cut through it with some large wire cutters. (Not small ones - this thing is thick.) I had removed the frame some time ago to deal with a different issue. It turns out there are two types of screws. Apparently, when I replaced the screws, I did so randomly, and some did not quite fit the holes, and fell out and were lost over time. There are longer screws, 022 on your diagram, that fit the UPPER three holes in the dishwasher door frame.
