The tub in my washer was unbalanced all of the time Linda J. • Beaverton , MI • October 26, 2014
Replaced 4 of the suspension springs with new brackets. I looked up my washer, looked at the diagrams, watched your video which made things a lot easier! Took the washer apart, found the problem, ordered the parts from you and the washer was put back together and working within 3 days! Love your website! This is also the second time we have used your website and were extremely happy both times! Saved us a lot of money!

Fifteen year old whirlpool washing machine agitator was noisily malfunctioning Beth K. • Ventura , CA • September 26, 2014
I figured it had to do with the gear mechanism. Internet search with Whirlpool discovered the parts were not available. AppliancePartsPros had parts and the complete agitator. I watched the video (excellent instructor). With a screwdriver, socket wrench and a little grease, I accomplished the replacement in about 10 minutes. Washing machine works like new. Total cost about $80. Ordered Sunday, repaired on Tuesday.

A bunch of things. Leaking, clutch was slipping and not spinning very well, and the brake was not engaging.. Alan V. • Melrose Park , IL • November 11, 2022
I installed all the necessary parts that I received from you and it works great, now. I received the parts in good time without overnighting them. I had the whole washing machine apart and went through it all before ordering parts. Tear down and assembly was easy. I just took my time. The washer is 17 years old and was well built. It was worth it compared to what is on the market today, and cheaper.

It leaked a lot of water on the floor and it wasn't a plugged drain Linda F. • Booneville , AR • February 16, 2016
I used the schematics, parts lists, Q & A section, and how to videos and also chat to diagnose the problem. But the problem was intermittent. So I had to replace the two probable parts responsible. Also in the process of moving the machine a tub support pad had broken and fallen out. As a note: it really isn't necessary to remove the tubs to replace the tub support pads. I couldn't get the tubs out. So I tried to do it without removing them and was successful. As a result I purchased a spanner...

Part Number: 63125
This genuine OEM part is an outer tub for washers. The outer tub is the main tub where clothes are set to wash. If the tub is no longer spinning properly or is making a loud noise as it rubs against the washer, it will need to be replaced. Thankfully, replacing this part is a relatively simple process. To replace the outer tub, start by making sure the washer is unplugged. After that, remove the front panel of the washer. Once removed, lift up the top panel so that it is no longer covering the outer tub. Next, locate the mounting bolts that secure the tub and unthread them using a socket wrench. Once removed, lift the tub out from the washer. Replace with the new tub and secure the mounting bolts. Reinstall the front panel and plug the washer back in. This replacement part is sold individually and is compatible with Whirlpools, Maytag, Kitchenaid, Jenn-Air, Amana, Magic Chef, Admiral, Norge, Roper, and Sears/Kenmore brand washers.
