I started by watching the video and it was very helpful. I would make one suggestion. On our model the weights on the tub sit very close to the front gasket. It is much easier to put the gasket on the tub before you put the weights on. Also, since the washer was tore apart, I replaced the hoses and seals and shocks since the machine is about 8 years old. I originally thought the washer had a bad bearing, but once I got it disassembled it the spider arms were broken. This required the replacement of the tub assembly. While replacing the tub I replaced all of the water bellows. The parts came quickly, the live chat and videos were very helpful. This washer has to be completely disassembled to replace the drum, so mark all the screw locations, tag and bag everything and take lots of pics. The upper counter-balance weight mount design is a poor design to begin with. It started to rattle loose approximately 5yrs into the 8yrs that we've owned it. As it would start to loosen up (as evidenced by the loud banging noise exhibited during operation); I'd shut it down, pull the top off, remove the weight (it was almost always half rattled off at this point), wrap the mount lugs with friction tape (the plastic lugs were being worn down/chaffed by the balance weight), put the weight back... I went to your web site found the part using the model number of the washer machine. Also with the part picture, there was a video showing step by step instructions. They were very clear and was breeze replacing the hose.Doing this myself saved at least probably $150-200. Appliance repair shops quoted me around $80.00 just to come out. I replaced a rotor position sensor switch and harness. It was a simple repair. Tools required cross tip head screwdriver, 10mm and 17mm socket, and rachet. Also had o replace 2 zip ties that held the harness in place. Prior to repair, I watched a video on Appliance Parts Pros website. It was very helpful and informative. Turned the power off. Lifted the oven door up and off.to make access easier and to clean an replace gasket.Then unscrewed the element brackets. Cleaned oven. Took oven door apart to replace gasket ,you have to separate the door halves to clean window and get the gasket out. This is where you better take pictures and notes.
